Brocklebank
Brocklebank is a Grade ll listed former farmhouse and barn located in the village of Hackthorpe near Penrith. The house was built in the mid C18 with the barn slightly later. The barn has a distinctive appearance with the upper segmental-arched cart entrance reached by sloping ramp.
The aim and challenge of this project is to sensitively restore the house and convert the barn into a modern family home. We are currently working in conjunction with the heritage consultant to develop design concept.
