The owners of this property had renovated the whole house and this was the final project. Their desire was to build a garden room to create additional ground floor space and a very useful WC was also included.
The designed garden room is open to the kitchen and has created essential extra space in a growing household. The new space is light and airy with full width bi-fold doors connecting to the garden.
