Wallsend Hall

Wallsend Hall is a Grade II listed Manor House set in the heart of The Green conservation area in Wallsend. The halls main entrance, staircase and function rooms have retained there grandeur over the years and are currently used as a wedding venue. Unfortunately however, the rest of the building has not been so lucky. Having formally been used as a hospital in has stood empty for the past 3 years and interior of the building has suffered badly for neglect and vandalism.

This project aims to bring the whole building back in to use by restoring the unoccupied spaces to provide a hotel and spa complex to complement the wedding venue. External an adjoining empty building will be demolished and the grounds re-landscaped to give the hall the setting it deserves.
